Tinkerbell/Captain Hook Party

Party Wishes hosted a Tinkerbell and Captain Hook party for a sweet 5 year old little girl. It took place at her parents amazing home high above Hollywood.
Rain clouds threatened during the party and we even had a very brief hail storm before the party got underway. We quickly moved to plan B and moved the tables under the patio cover near the outdoor fireplace.
I made sure there was a crocodile to keep Captain Hook away from the party!
I made these pom flowers out of plastic tablecloths ...much more weather friendly.
Tinkerbell lead the guests on a treasure hunt where they discovered bubble swords and slide whistles. The hunt ended upstairs where the grand treasure was a butterfly filled candy buffet.
 It was a feeding frenzy!

I had butterfly, flower and pirate ship custom cookies made by Lori's Place.
Sour Punch Twists had signage from TomKat Studios.
Chocolate coins in Captain Hook's pirate chest. Sucker circles from Alegria Studios.
Watch for my flower pom tutorial!

  1. What a beautiful location to hold a party!

Where in the world did you find those place mats? I love them.

This is another one of your darling parties that came out great!

How are the cookies? Did you get to taste them? I've been trying to find some cookies that taste as good as they look.

  2. Thanks Joanne! I made the placemats out of a 3' square mat from Regal Int'l. I did taste the cookies and they were very good! Not one broke in shipment from Florida!
