Sweet Dreams

Melissa at A Little Loveliness hosted the sweetest slumber party for her oldest daughter, Mary Ashley.
The invitations were personalized paper dolls of the birthday girl herself in a hand made bed.

Melissa made coordinating pajamas for her daughters and all of the guests.

The party table was set up like a bed similar to the one in my slumber party. The details are just amazing. Melissa is such a talented mother and gives such thought and love into everything she does for her family. Another beautiful celebration, Melissa!

Thanks for the feature! I was so inspired by the slumber party you hosted awhile back. This party was so much fun because it took me back to my girlhood days and all the fun memories we made having sleepovers. I see lots more slumber parties in our future!

So great! Love it that she used Fostoria Americana glassware (at least it looks like it!). Amazing that she made PJs for the guests! Wow! Over the Top!

We had a slumber party for one of our daughter's BD parties. Her BD is in June, but we had to wait until Oct. (I don't recall why now) to have the party. She wanted it to have a HWeen theme....she was around 9 or 10. We cleared out our little two car garage...scrubbed it clean, then covered the entire floor with carpet that a carpet installer friend of ours let us use just for the party (made the floor soft...cuz the girls all brought their own sleeping bags..the garage was heated, too, so they weren't cold). Then we hooked a TV up with HW themed videos, a spooky light up twig tree in one corner and all sorts of other HW decor and tons of fun food. It was a blast. The girls were wonderful, they could be as loud as they wanted and they had their own space. Now that was long, long ago, Donna, in the days when parties weren't as beautifully planned as they are now. BUT it was still fun and cheap. Plus, it inspired me to clean my garage! Maybe I need to plan another party in this garage cuz it sure needs cleaning! :)

Hope you guys are all safe from the huge amounts of rain you've had. We're still getting a little snow...but nothing like Christmas Eve and Day. Have a wonderful week! L, Dana
